Vegetarians (the people and the food) are not boring at all! I have personally tried the mushroom bun at a Chinese dim sum restaurant and loved it to bits, but never thought about making it myself.
Cyan Koo, founding cook of Studio Pretzels brings cool workshops for those who enjoys making and eating. You can make these awesome looking mushroom buns and corn pastry (and they do look like corn!) at her classes. Perhaps time to show off a little at next picnic?
